He was born in Ulverston, Lancashire, England on 16th June 1890 and died in Santa Monica, California, USA on 23rd February 1965, aged 74.His best films as an actor include James Parrott's comedy Helpmates (1932), The Music Box (1932), Lloyd French's Busy Bodies (1933), William A.
