Directed by André Hugon

Comedy
aka: If You Wish It

Film Synopsis

Maryse is a committed writer who feels the need to pass herself off as an ordinary woman so that she can gain first hand experience of how ordinary women live and fall in love.  It isn't long before she attracts the attention of an eligible young man, an engineer who looks as if he is the kind of man to go chasing after ordinary women.  The romance doesn't go quite as Maryse would have penned it.  Her supposed suitor considers her selfish and contemptible at first, but as they get to know one another he develops a fondness for her.  Naturally, they end up doing what ordinary people do - they patch up their differences and get married...
