Valérie Lemercier is a French actress, film director and screenwriter. She was born in Dieppe, Seine-Maritime, France on 9th March 1964.

(2005), Laurent Tirard's Le Petit Nicolas (2009) and Bruno Podalydès's Adieu Berthe - L'enterrement de mémé (2012), and whose best work as a film director include Quadrille (1997), Palais royal! (2005) and 100% cachemire (2013).
