Film Synopsis

When his childhood sweetheart, Paulette Dupont, marries Robert de Trivelin, Désiré Labaule resolves to win her back.  Unable to prevent the marriage from taking place, he follows the newly weds on their honeymoon and does everything he can to prevent them from consummating their union.  Robert becomes so unsettled by Désiré's interruptions that he is unable to make love to his wife and he ends up having to consult a psychiatrist.  The latter suggests that he should see Gloria, a woman of ill-repute...
