Film Synopsis

Manu is a young dreamer who lives in a world of his own on the family farm.  He is constantly at war with his cantankerous old step-mother, who appears determined to make his life a misery.  When a girl he has never seen before shows up in the farmyard one day Manu is thrown into a state of confusion.  Suddenly he begins to experience sensations that he has never known before.  He wants to talk to the girl, but he cannot find the words nor the courage to do so.  Childhood's comforting mantle still clings to Manu as he struggles to make the transition to adulthood...
