Film Synopsis

The successful singer and actress Malak is desperate to be loved for herself and not for her wealth and celebrity.  After a painful divorce, she succumbs to the charm of an opportunist, Lamei, and is soon carried away on a tidal wave of romantic passion.  Malak's director and scriptwriter immediately see through Lamei and try to warn her that she is jeopardising her career for a man who is not worth it.  In the end, they must resort to a little subterfuge...
