Film Synopsis

Once a member of a street gang, Daniel Chetman now leads an honest and peaceful life.  One evening, he comes to the aid of a Chinese girl who has been raped by Matt Hagen, the leader of his former gang.  Matt tries to pass himself off as a respectable businessman but his gang is more powerful than it has ever been and runs the street with violence and terror.  Chet has a choice: to move away from the area, as his wife and friends want him to, or stay and refuse to be intimidated by Hagen...
