Film Synopsis

Rothchild and Flip are two tramps who take advantage of the former's name to become influential financiers.  They are just about to be ruined by the mob when Rothchild fakes his suicide.  As the stock exchange is seized by panic, Rothchild buys back his stock at a rock bottom price and ruins his enemies.  Then he resumes the happy life of a tramp.
