Film Synopsis

The French coastal resort of Saint-Tropez has its abundant charms, as a young bus conductor discovers when he falls for an attractive young bather.  She is the most desirable woman he has ever seen in his life, but, alas, she is not free.  She already has a man in her life.  The conductor's personal anxieties prove to be modest in comparison with the troubles that are just around the corner.  It seems that a rival coach company is about to start up, snatching the young man's business from right under his nose.  Is our hero to be defeated by these twin setbacks?  No, we all know that, in the end, true love will always triumph over adversity - although in the case of this enterprising conductor it will take an accident and a heartfelt sacrifice for him to win his prize...
