Film Synopsis
In a French town on the Atlantic coast, the elections are approaching,
pitting the present deputy Jacques Pénalty against the
industrialist Hubert Baudry, the owner of the firm Bon Minou.
Baudry risks his electoral chances by announcing a large restructuring
plan that will have a massive local impact, resulting in numerous job
losses. One of his employees is driven to attempt suicide by
drowning, but he is saved by his son and a 12-year-old boy,
Mathieu. Along with his ecologist friends, Mathieu, dubbed Robins
des Mers, swears to eradicate unemployment in the town and instigates a
campaign that will ensure everyone is given a job...
