Film Synopsis

Kim Houang and Michel Boudriau are two French cops who have become blood brothers, inseparable since the time they met at an orphanage many years ago.  Greatly influenced by his Catholic education, Michel never fails to bring his Christian values to his work.  Before he was placed in the orphanage, Kim was adopted by a pair of Vietnamese restaurant owners and has retained some vestige of his Asian identity, in particular an ardent passion for karaoke.  They may not be the best cops in France but Kim and Michel are given the task of thwarting a wave of terrorist attacks...
