Film Synopsis

Chile, 1988.  Under pressure from the international community, the country's president Augusto Pinochet agrees to hold a referendum on his presidency.  The leaders of the opposition party persuade a talented young advertising executive, René Saavedra, to take charge of their campaign.  Saavedra is not put off by the lack of funds.  He and his team put together an audacious campaign that will finally liberate their country from years of oppression, right under the eyes of Pinochet's ever-watchful lackeys.
