Film Synopsis

Onetime publicist Octave Parango now earns his living as a scout in the fashion business, scouring the world for the most photogenic of models for the richest of clients.  It's an agreeable life he leads, hunting down beautiful women, with all expenses paid for by his wealthy oligarch friends.  His latest commission is more challenging than usual.  L'Ideal, an international cosmetics company, desperately needs a new face for its range of products after a scandal linking sex with Nazism.  Accompanied by Valentine Winfeld, the uncompromising female executive responsible for the company's brand image, Octave has just one week to find a new model for L'Ideal.  Being teamed up with a frigid workaholic harridan and working against the clock is not Octave's idea of fun, but gradually the two mismatched people learn to get on with each other as they tour the world in search of the perfectly proportioned face that will save L'Ideal from ruin...

The very best sci-fi movies

Science-fiction came into its own in B-movies of the 1950s, but it remains a respected and popular genre, bursting into the mainstream in the late 1970s.
