Je fais feu de tout bois (2012)
Directed by Dante Desarthe

Comedy

Film Synopsis

As happens every year at the Festival de Cannes, filmmaker Daniel Danite sets out to find a way to save the art of cinema, which he believes is threatened with imminent extinction.  The latest craze is for films directed by brothers.  Witness the success of the Dardennes, the Coens, the Tavianis and the Farellis.  And wasn't it a pair of brothers, the Lumières, who set the ball rolling in the first place?  But Danite intends to go one better.   Just imagine what a sensation a film directed by three brothers would be!  Without delay, Danite sets out to find the Coen brothers and persuade them to adopt him...
