Film Synopsis

Paris 2011.  A serial killer is at large in the grocers' shops of Paris.  His victims include the wife of an Algerian diplomat.  The Algerian police mean well when they offer their French counterparts the services of North Africa's most renowned crime fighters, but good intentions do not always bring about a successful outcome...
