Film Synopsis

Sylvia, a journalist by profession, makes up her mind to leave her partner Marc after a cocktail party in Beverley Hills.  Without a moment's hesitation she heads for Sao Paulo so she can take advantage of the services of Dr Santano, a cosmetic surgeon.  Having changed both her face and her personality Sylvia becomes a totally different woman, who goes by the name of Emmanuelle...
