Dakar, ta nostalgie (2016)
Directed by Florence Arrigoni Neri

Documentary

Film Synopsis

From 1995 to 2009, the filmmaker Florence Arrigoni Neri lived and worked in Dakar.  The capital of Senegal in West Africa, Dakar is a city that has changed much over these years, but perhaps not as fast as some would like.  In her personal billet doux to the city, Neri pays tribute to the people she has known here, those who struggle to make a life for themselves, and those who have sadly lost the struggle...
