Film Synopsis

Julien Saint-Dominique, alias The Tiger, is an agent with the French secret services.  Whilst on a mission in Cannes, he is present when his friend Félix is shot in the back.  The latter is on the point of passing on to him some vital information about a secret organisation controlled by an Asiatic power that intends provoking a war between East and West.  The Tiger is sent to West Berlin, where his contact, Raischau, is kidnapped.  Having come to the rescue of Raischau's daughter Ingrid, the Tiger travels to the East, where he confronts the mysterious Papillon...
