aka: This Summer Feeling

Film Synopsis

One summer, Lawrence is badly shaken by the news that his partner Sacha has suddenly died.  She was just thirty years old when she expired on her way to see him one hot day in Berlin.  Sacha's untimely departure provides Lawrence with an opportunity to get to know her family, in particular her sister Zoé, who is married and has a small child.  A year later, Lawrence and Zoé meet up in Paris, neither having yet come to terms with their bereavement.  When they part, they promise to remain in contact with one another.  The next year, Zoé pays Lawrence a visit at his new home in New York.  By now the grief is starting to ease and they are both beginning to move on and form new relationships, but the pain still lingers...
