Film Synopsis

In 1976, Ben Du Toit is a white school teacher working in South Africa during Apartheid. When a black man, Gordon Ngubene, solicits his help in investigating the death of his son during the Soweto Riots, Ben refuses to get involved. He has second thoughts when he witnesses a white attack on blacks and sees Gordon's dead body after being tortured by the police. Sickened by the uglier side of racial segregation, Ben decides to take a stand and bring those responsible for Gordon's death to account...
