Thomas Gilou is a French film director and screenwriter. He was born in Boulogne-Billancourt, France on 1st February 1955.

His best films as a film director include Black Mic Mac (1986), Rai (1995) and La Vérité si je mens! 2 (2001), and whose best work as a screenwriter include Black Mic Mac (1986), Victor (2009) and Pascal Bourdiaux's Le Mac (2010).
