In a Parisian café, a party of American politicans discuss the threat posed by marauding Indians.  To put a definitive end to this red peril they summon General Custer, who promptly arrives at the Gare du Nord in his Civil War uniform.  The appearance of this showy military man may please his female admirers but it does little for General Grant, his sworn rival...
