Film Synopsis

When her husband is jailed for smuggling across the border with Belgium, Madame Verkouter draws the unwelcome attentions of Max, her secret admirer.  Meanwhile, her daughters, Lucienne and Zizi, join up with a gang of petty criminals.  They must hide Ginette, who is wanted for attempted theft.  Max then turns his attention to Lucienne, just as Ginette falls ill.  Fortunately, it is not long before Verkouter is released and can restore some order in his troubled household.
