Film Synopsis

Disappointed when their idea for a radically different television programme is turned down by their regional broadcaster, a gang of six young people decide to create their own pirate television company.  Playing fast and loose with the law, Canal soleil becomes an instant hit, but its creators come into trouble when a competition to uproot parking meters gets completely out of hand.  The case of the disappearing meters becomes a major concern for one government minister, who places the affair in the capable hands of Inspector Kossek, known to all as Supercop...
