Victoria, a former convict in her sixties, has made her home in a cabin deep in a forest, having completed her stretch in prison. Under the watchful eye of Guillaume, a sympathetic young parole officer, she tries to grow accustomed to her newfound freedom, in the company of Florence, with whom she has shared many years of intimacy.
