Film Synopsis

August, 1944. Just as the war is beginning to go wrong for the Germans, Yvon succeeds in preventing his friend Stella, a Jew, from being deported.  However, to do this, he must ally himself with the Gestapo and, in particular, the infamous collaborator Caron.  Stella is surprised both at being set free and the comfort that Yvon now enjoys, but her friend refuses to answer her questions.  It isn't until she is visited by a colleague of Yvon that she discovers the truth and realises the dangerous game her friend has got himself into...
