Film Synopsis
Romarin and his friend Tonin are two provincial poachers who are afraid
of nothing. There is no one to match them when it comes to laying
a snare, killing a partridge or catching a rare fish. Whilst
Romain, an active fifty-something, amuses himself on his barge, the
younger Tonin keeps himself busy with his amorous adventures.
Tonin's latest interest is Nine, the daughter of the grocer
Larquus. On a trip to Toulon, Tonin encounters an alluring
Russian princess, Olga. The latter is in league with a gang of
smugglers, who play on Tonin's naivety by getting him to hide a
consignment of heroine from the
police...
