Film Synopsis

In a psychiatric clinic, a poet named Aroulette amuses himself by playing the amateur psychiatrist.  With Alexis, a talented young musician, he enjoys a close friendship founded on humour and songs.  One day, several patients assemble in the living room to watch a television programme in which a journalist mentions the accidental death of the film actor Pierre Chabrière.  A few days later, the star Zelda Mitchell is admitted to the clinic, traumatised by her belief that she was the cause of the accident.  In the course of her treatment, Zelda falls in love with Alexis and persuades him to run away from the clinic with her...
