Film Synopsis

A young woman suffers from compulsive homicidal tendencies.  She shoots her husband and her child dead with a gun, she cuts the head off a hitch-hiker, she mutilates a friend, until she is finally caught and incarcerated.  But she manages to escape from prison and sets out to kill the person who witnessed her crimes...
