Film Synopsis

Jean is a young student from Lille.  He comes from a typical working class family and he faces the usual problems of his milieu: unemployment, loneliness and an inability to communicate with others.  To escape from a crowd of demonstrating workers, he takes refuge in fine arts studies.  He ends up at Paradiso, a haven for young people who get drunk and take drugs...
