Film Synopsis
After a terrible accident that put her mother into a deep coma, Solweig Antoniazi
had to give up her education and get herself a job to support herself and
her younger brother. This is how she ended up having to spend eight
hours each day as a poorly paid cashier in a supermarket. It isn't
the easiest of lives, and it is hard to know which is more unbearable - her
mean-spirited boss or the pathologically rude customers she has to refrain
from biffing every time they treat her like dirt. Without the support
of her co-workers, Leïla and Sandy, it would be impossible for Solweig
to get through her day. The other thing that helps to keep her sane
is her personal blog, onto which she can pile her resentment and frustration
at the end of each hideous working day.
Before Solweig knows it, her blog has attracted a mass of internet visitors,
who are evidently fascinated by her lurid accounts of the nightmares she
is subjected to in the workplace. Of course, Solweig is careful to
keep her identity a secret, fearing what might happen if her employers ever
found out she was dishing the dirt on them behind their back. Unbeknown
to her, her employers have already discovered the site and are keen to discover
who is behind it. One evening, Solweig comes across a young man named
Charles and finds herself instantly attracted to him. It seems to be
the start of a fairytale romance, but alas these two people belong to two
completely different worlds...
