Film Synopsis

En 1787, the astronomer Sirius prepares an expedition to the moon with his cousin, the Baron de Munchausen, convinced that there is life on the lunar satellite.  On a three-masted ship equipped with balloons, the explorers ascend into the heavens and manage a safe landing on the moon's surface.  Here, they discover the Sélénites, who have three legs and a head that is not attached to their bodies.  They are then attacked by the Vertprés, who intend to steal the secret of immortality from the Sélénites...
