Film Synopsis

Alain Quesnard is a 20-year-old young man who lives with his abusive but tender mother.  His girlfriend Emmanuelle is always willing to believe in his sweet lies.  During a night out on the town with his friend Germain, Alain meets cover girl Patricia, the mistress of a married man named Poloni.  Alain finally gives into temptation and imagines starting a new life with Patricia in Saint-Tropez.  First he will need a car, and this he believes he can obtain by blackmailing Poloni, threatening to reveal his illicit affair to his wife.  As they head south, Alain and Patricia do not know that they are being trailed by Emmanuelle, Polini and Germain.  When they meet up, the unpredictable Patricia cannot resist returning to Poloni  Alain tries to patch things up with Emmanuelle but when she rejects him he drives away in disgust.  He then gets into a fight with another motorist, whom he unwittingly kills...
