Film Synopsis
It has been several months since a young woodcutter, Le Besson, left his village to cut down trees in a neighbouring area of Provence. Concerned over his disappearance, the woodcutter's father, Marinau, sets out to look for him, accompanied by his old friend, Antonio. Marinau searches for days, and finds no sign of his missing son. Then, one evening, at the edge of a forest, he encounters a blond woman lying on the ground, giving birth...© James Travers
