Film Synopsis

Publicist Edouard Martel sees an easy way to make money from gullible tourists.  He intends to arrange a series of sightseeing tours along the route that the Emperor Napoleon took on his return from the Island of Elba.  When he is prevented from exploiting the only authentic site on the route by some unhappy locals, he has no choice but to come up with a few plausible alternatives....
