Film Synopsis

Vincent is a minister, a powerful man who is not bad looking, even elegant.  A bon vivant, he enjoys his food and drink, and he certainly likes the ladies.  Odile, his mistress, is a very beautiful woman, as well as being intelligent and charming.  But when Vincent loses his position, Odile dumps him in an instant.  Vincent has barely departed when his successor, Théodière, turns up and begins transforming his office, confident that he will be around for some time.  Not long afterwards, it is Théodière who is the ex-minister.  How will Vincent react when he meets his rival and successor, who has been sacked in disgrace...?
