Film Synopsis

Julie is a vivacious young woman who is constantly unhappy in love.  When she is at her lowest ebb she comes across a self-help book which promises her success both in her work and her love life.  Assiduously, she sets about following the advice in the book, to the consternation of her sceptical two friends, Louise and Rose, whose own lives are not much to write home about.  As Louise embarks on a clandestine affair with her boss, Rose goes through the motions of sustaining a relationship that has run its course.  Meanwhile, Julie has a series of encounters that may, possibly, change her life for the better...
