Film Synopsis

Willy Vanderbrook, a Franco-Belgian who regards himself a citizen of the world, is required to take the post of caretaker at a luxury Parisian hotel.  He meets up with his childhood friend Serge Luyperts, a disillusioned lemonade magnate who lives with his ex-brother-in-law Frank Vrut, a Wallon separatist with slight psychopathic tendencies.  The three friends plan to pull off the scam of the century, by passing off Willy as the rightful king of Belgium...
