Film Synopsis

Leduc is a French property developer who has embarked on an ambitious renovation programme in an old area of Rumania.  His project is threatened with substantial delays, at a huge cost to himself, when an ancient crypt is discovered containing priceless relics that include a rare mural.  Unwilling to put his investment in jeopardy, Leduc plans to destroy the crypt and its contents with a fire, but as he attempts this he manages to get himself trapped in an inside yard in a deserted part of town.  With everyone in the neighbourhood away on holiday, the property developer faces a long, hard ordeal as he struggles to survive in his self-imposed prison...
