Film Synopsis

Electra is the head of a powerful criminal organisation that has acquired a compound which can turn an ordinary man into a wild animal.  It is a valuable weapon which he intends selling to the Chinese for a substantial fee, but as he arranges this business transaction the Americans and the Russians are already working on an antidote.  The man who comes up with the antidote is Professor Roland, but before his paymasters can make use of his research his assistant Monica is abducted, along with the suitcase that contains the one thing that can thwart Electra's evil scheme...
