Leaving prison after serving time for a crime he did not commit, Tonino Russo is hired as a bodyguard by Capece.  He proves to be a loyal servant, until he is asked to murder a former cell mate, which he refuses to do.  To save himself, he has no choice but to assassinate Capece...
