Film Synopsis

Xavier Durmont, an idealistic, young and recently elected deputy, is charged with investigating a suspicious case of waste disposal implicating a minister.  Before he knows it, Xavier becomes the target of a slander campaign organised by an agency run by the mysterious Armand.  Xavier is not a man to be easily influenced by such skulduggery and perseveres with his investigation, even at the risk of his life...
