Film Synopsis

A young cocker spaniel mopes in his cage, sad that he has not yet met the master of his dreams.  Then, suddenly, he is face-to-face with a little boy who is as red as he is.  Birds of a feather flock together...  For Bill and Boule it is the beginning of a beautiful friendship, but for their parents it is quite a different matter...
