aka: All the Way Up Your Soul
Film Synopsis
One bright morning, Jacques, a young man a little too full of himself,
falls down a manhole and - literally - enters a whole new world. What
he has stumbled across is the entrance to a parallel world, a copy of Paris
that is cloaked in a perpetual night. As he sets out to explore this
fascinating dream-world, armed with a sword, the bewildered Jacques encounters
no end of colourful and sometimes dangerous individuals. Then he gets
to meet the emperor who rules this strange alternative reality, an incredibly
powerful man who indulges in every excess. Jacques's adventures in
wonderland are only just beginning...
