aka: Bang Gang (A Modern Love Story)
Film Synopsis
After a harsh winter, Alex and his friends George, Laetitia and Gabriel take
full advantage of the fine weather, spending their days lounging on the beach
in the town on the French Atlantic coast where they live. With his
mother away for a few months, Alex has the large family house to himself
and invites his friends to stay with him. It so happens that George,
16, is madly in love with Alex, so, to draw his interest, she encourages
her friends to take part in a game that will extend the bounds of their sexuality.
The game soon gets out of hand and before they know it Alex and his friends
are confronted with the first real challenge of their lives...

The history of French cinema
From its birth in 1895, cinema has been an essential part of French culture. Now it is one of the most dynamic, versatile and important of the arts in France.
It was American film noir and pulp fiction that kick-started the craze for thrillers in 1950s France and made it one of the most popular and enduring genres.
With so many great films to choose from, it's nigh on impossible to compile a short-list of the best 15 French films of all time - but here's our feeble attempt to do just that.
