Jack Nicholson is an American actor, film director, screenwriter and producer. He was born in Neptune City, New Jersey, USA on 22nd April 1937.

His best films as an actor include Roman Polanski's crime-thriller Chinatown (1974), Michelangelo Antonioni's thriller Professione: reporter (1975), Stanley Kubrick's The Shining (1980), Rob Reiner's A Few Good Men (1992) and Martin Scorsese's The Departed (2006), and whose best work as a film director include Drive, He Said (1971), Goin' South (1978) and The Two Jakes (1990).
