Une corde, un Colt is a French-Italian western first released in 1969, directed by Robert Hossein.  The film stars Robert Hossein, Michèle Mercier, Guido Lollobrigida, Daniele Vargas and Serge Marquand.  It has also been released under the title: Cemetery Without Crosses.  Our overall rating for this film is: good.


After stealing some horses, the Caine brothers are pursued by the Rogers family. Ben Caine is caught and hanged in front of his wife, Maria.  Determined to avenge her husband’s death, Maria appeals to a solitary cowboy, Manuel, to help her.  Manuel contrives to get a job on the Rogers’ ranch and, once his employers are away, he releases their horses and takes their youngest sister Johanna hostage...
