Synopsis
The Défense district of Paris is home to a group of friends who dream of adventure.  They are: Pierrot, Julien and his girlfriend Lulu, who owns a bar; Albert, who lives under the thumb of his possessive mother Madame Dubreuil; and Gus, a small-time gangster who lives with Minouche, a stripper.  Their dreams look set to come true when they learn that an exhibition of the ten most beautiful jewels in Europe is to be held on the 27th floor of a tall building.  Without delay, the friends decide to organise the most famous robbery of the century.  The first problem they must overcome is how to deal with the ultra-sophisticated electronic system which protects the jewels.  This is beyond even Albert’s experience, but Gus has an idea.  He will hand the problem over to the powerful Monsieur Raphaël, a crook who works only with professionals.  The friends do not know what they have let themselves in for...
