Overview
The Oxford Murders is a Spanish-French thriller film first released in 2008, directed by Álex de la Iglesia.  The film is based on a novel by Guillermo Martinez and stars Elijah Wood, John Hurt, Leonor Watling, Julie Cox and Burn Gorman.  It has also been released under the title: Crimes à Oxford.  Our overall rating for this film is: good.


Synopsis
An old woman is murdered in Oxford.  Her body is found by two men who meet for the first time: Arthur Seldom, an eminent mathematics professor, and Martin, a student who has just arrived at the university.  Several other murders follow in quick succession and Arthur and Martin soon realise that there is a pattern to the killings.  But nothing is quite what it seems...
