Pourquoi se marier le jour de la fin du monde? (2000) - film review

One evening, Juliette is frantically running from her past when a car suddenly knocks her down.  Miraculously, she isn’t killed, just injured and badly shaken.  On the way to the hospital, she puts her trust in the ambulance driver Gaspard, whom she regards as a lifeline, the one man who can protect her.  But why is Juliette so afraid?  Just what, or who, is she running away from?  As Gaspard does his best to help Juliette and resolve this mystery, he soon finds himself completely out of his depth...
